Catalog Description: This course covers the application of mathematical analyses to applied engineering problems. Topics include review of vector calculus, review of linear algebra, analytical solutions and numerical integration of ordinary differential equations, introduction to finite element and finite difference methods, and introduction to solutions of partial differential equations. Students will be required to use MATLAB for this course.
