	Course Title: Transport Phenomena Course Number: EML4126 Section(s): 12123 (eLearn) / 12029 (in-class) Instructor: Dr. Jim Fletcher Meeting Times: MWF 0900 - 0950 (07-Jan. - 02-May) Location: 050/3104 Prerequisite(s): EML 3015, EML 4140 Catalog Description: This course covers the analysis of heat transfer in fluid systems, forced convection, free convection and phase change. The design and selection of heat exchangers is also covered. The course will also investigate the dynamics and thermodynamics of compressible fluid flow and develop basic theory of turbo-machinery operation and sizing. More Info
